DNI Group Members at the Materials Research Society Spring Meeting 2022 in Honolulu, Hawai’i this Week!

Twelve members of the DNI group have traveled to Honolulu, Hawai’i to participate in the MRS Spring Meeting 2022! This year’s meeting hosts the first MXene Symposium with great speakers from around the world (including the attendees from the group!).

DNI Alumna Selected as one of Drexel’s 40 Under 40

Alumna Olha Mashtalir  was selected as one of Drexel’s 40 Under 40 for 2022. Her contributions to development of MXenes while at Drexel were recognized by the Journal of Laboratory Automation as a Top 10 breakthrough for 2013. The research has been further picked up by scientific community all over the world, and the materials are now on their way to commercialization. Congratulations, Olha!

Yury Gogotsi Featured in MRS-Serbia April 2022 Newsletter

The April 2022 Materials Research Society of Serbia features an interview with Yury Gogotsi, Chair of the International Advisory Committee of YUCOMAT. Read the interview to learn more about Yury’s thoughts on the YUCOMAT 2022 conference, biomedical applications of MXenes, and his position regarding participation of Ukrainian and Russian scientists.
