ASM Liberty Bell Poster Award

Congratulations to PhD student, Tyler Mathis, and his co-aurthors, Katie, Kathleen and James Breslin, on winning the 2nd place in the ASM Liberty Bell section poster competition.  He presented a poster titled: “Effects of processing on the capacitive performance of onion-like carbon”.

Congratulations to our relatively recent graduate and “40 Under 40” awardee, Prof. Davide Mattia, who has become Full Professor and Associate Dean for Research at the University of Bath, UK.  It’s great to see successes of our alums. You can meet him at the MRS meeting in Phoenix next week.
