Congratulations to Katie Van Aken, who has been awarded an Alumni Association’s Outstanding Student Award. The award is given to students who demonstrate both active involvement and leadership in University activities and community organizations as demonstrated through commitment of time and roles of responsibility. Nominees should also be in good academic standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Katie is certainly a leader in both, research and outreach activities.
